WalletKing is a personal budget tracker. You sign in with Google. We store the name and email Google returns, plus your role, OCR upload count, and subscription status, so we know which ledger is yours.

Your ledger — transactions, categories, income, expenses, and savings goals — is saved in a private Amazon S3 bucket, separated by account. We do not sell that data.

When you import a statement, the file is read to extract rows for you to review. Transaction descriptions may be sent to an AI provider to suggest categories or to answer a question in the finance chat. If you connect a bank, Plaid handles the bank login. We store an encrypted access token so we can sync posted transactions. We do not see your bank password.

Payments, when you subscribe, are processed by Stripe. WalletKing stores the Stripe customer and subscription ids needed to know whether the paid plan is active.
